See the question above. Are you being too physically active? If so, cut back, you’re doing too much. But if not there are a few other things to look at. First, are you in the heat? Heat can cause that. Second, are you having all your water and teas and juices and salads? By skipping things you can struggle a bit so make sure to have all your water and everything on your Jumpstart. Also, if you do get caught feeling a little light headed because of one of the issues above, stop, have a seat, take a deep breath, have some water, then add in either half an apple or orange. If you feel better, great. If you still feel light headed, have the other half then make sure to fix whatever is causing the issue.
